Which styles are the best for flying?
We recommend our Un95, Ultra and Natural style face masks as they have the appearance of a more traditional face mask and are well suited for places where face masks may draw a higher level of scrutiny.
How long will it take for my UnMask to ship?
Typically, orders placed before 6:00PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), ship the same day. Please note, all carriers including UPS, Fedex, and USPS have suspended their service guarantees on delivery timeframes until further notice. We encourage you to order early and take advantage of the standard flat rate or free shipping when applicable.
Do you take returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our product (i.e. no one wants to buy a mask that someone else has already tried on), refunds and exchange requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. That said, creating an exceptional customer experience is what UnMask is all about. Here, good enough - isn’t. We pride ourselves in addressing our customer’s needs quickly and on a personal level. How do I choose the correct size UnMask?
To find the right fit, we recommend using a flexible tape measure (or a piece of string). Measure from the bridge of your nose to under your chin (about 1-inch from under the tip of your chin). See the sizing chart below to determine the proper fit for you or your child’s face. Many people with smaller faces, including adults are a perfect fit in a small.
