Shipping & Free Returns
No-Hassle Free Return Policy
At UnMask, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, within the first 30 days of receiving your product, you want to return any items (excluding masks*), please complete the form on our Returns page requesting a return. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. When requesting a return, please provide your order number, so we can process your return.
Once we receive your return request, we will email you instructions for how to return your item(s) along with a pre-paid shipping label.
Once we receive your return, your payment method will be credited for the amount of the item(s) plus tax. Shipping costs are not refundable.
*Masks - Due to the nature of our masks (i.e. no one wants to buy a mask that someone else has already tried on), refunds and exchange requests are evaluated on a case by case basis.
Shipping (Non Apparel & Gear)
Orders typically ship within one business day (excluding holidays). Orders over $100 offer free standard shipping (order total computed after discounts and not including taxes) We also offer a range of expedited shipping options at additional charge. Your order will be followed up with an email confirmation and then followed by a shipping confirmation with the tracking number associated with your package when it ships.
Shipping UnMask Apparel & Gear
Our Apparel & Gear products are individually printed to order. Orders typically have a production lead time of 3 days, and then standard shipping times apply. Apparel and Non-Apparel & Gear will ship individually, and individual shipping costs will apply if the order contains both Non-Apparel and Apparel items. Note: Flat rate shipping and $100 free shipping do not apply to Apparel & Gear Orders.
Military Shipping
We can also proudly ship to military bases. To ship to a military address, please follow the instructions below:
- Address - Unit [Number] Box [Number] you must use the word "Box" or it will not transfer correctly
- City - Enter APO, FPO or DPO
- State - Enter AA, AE or AP
- Zip - Enter Zip Code of your APO, FPO or DPO
